Libya's Revolution 40 Years On

The Economist has an interesting essay on Libya's Revolution at 40. September 1 will be the anniversary. The release of the Lockerbie bomber by Scotland is going to probably affect how much of the world assesses that four decades, I suspect.

What's particularly striking, if a bit obvious, is the selection of photos at the head of the Economist article. The Picture of Dorian Gray, anyone?
