New Faces for Egypt's Cabinet

Egypt's new Prime Minister, Essam Sharaf, has been assembling his Cabinet, replacing Mubasrak loyalists with new faces. The new Foreign Minister, Nabil Elaraby, is a veteran jurist who served on the International Court of Justice, and a respected diplomat. The new Interior Minister, Mansur El-Essawy, is a former governor and State Security general who retired some years ago, wnd weho reportedly has a fairly clean reputation.
